Overview of the complaints offices at federal and regional level
Austria has ten complaints offices which users of websites or apps of public-sector bodies can turn to.
If there is an accessibility barrier on a website or app assigned to a federal province, the respective regional complaints office is responsible.
If it concerns a website or an app of the federal government, the responsible complaints office is the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG).
The responsible complaints office is listed in the accessibility statement that must be available on every public website and app. If you are not sure which office is responsible, you can contact the FFG.
